What about Kids?

Keeping your kiddos active and teaching them to move safely at an early age is so important! There are a few ways your child can participate in our programs at Constancy Fitness:

  1. Personal Training is a great option for specific goals. Often times athletes will want to improve their overall athleticism and personal training is a great way to make sure they are getting the most out of their training with workouts customized to their abilities and goals. They can work on speed, agility, flexibility and movements specific to their sport to give them an edge over other athletes.

  2. Sports Team Training. We have trained softball teams, soccer teams, hockey teams and basketball teams of all ages. To get a team training rolling for your kids’ team, email blayne@constancyfitness.com

  3. Group Class. Technically we do allow any age to participate in our Group Classes. However, these sessions are mostly adults aged from 25-60. In order for a kid under the age of 18 to participate, they must enroll first in a minimum of four personal training sessions to be taught the foundations of safe movement and to ensure they are mature enough to handle the flow of an adult class. At times they will not be ready to join class yet even after 4 sessions. There is no guarantee that they will be released into Group Class upon completion of personal training. This will be on a case-by-case assessment by the Trainer. If the coach determines they are mature enough to take group classes, they will then enroll under our regular membership.
